SPEEDHEATER WARRANTY

The manufacturer of the Speedheater Infrared Paint Remover, Speedheater Systems AB provides the following:

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Speedheater IR Paint Remover, model 1100, manufactured by Speedheater System AB, is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year following the date of purchase, if operated in accordance with the recommendations and instructions detailed in the user manual.

This warranty does not cover any defects or damages caused by service or repair performed by unauthorized personnel.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FOLLOWING THE DATE OF PURCHASE. WESTERN WOOD DOCTOR (DISTRIBUTOR) SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF THE WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER REASON. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ACCESSORIES.

If any product is defective in material or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, return it with proof of purchase to where it was purchased for repair or replacement.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
