Items that weigh 1 lb. or under are shipped via U.S. Mail, and heavier items are shipped via UPS ground. For faster shipping such as UPS 2nd Day Air, please contact us.

We ship orders within 5 business days of receiving the order. Most orders ship on the next business day. If an item is out of stock, we will promptly send an e-mail to you with the estimated departure date.

We guarantee products that you purchase from WesternWoodDoctor.com for 30 days from the date you receive them. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the unused portion of the product for a refund, excluding shipping charges.

You may return unused Speedheater Paint Remover units, tools and accessories, within 30 days of receiving them for a refund, excluding shipping charges. Speedheaters that are used by the customer and returned will be converted to a rental status and charged at the standard rental rate.

Special orders are not refundable.

If the problem is due to a WesternWoodDoctor.com error, your purchase price plus the initial shipping will be refunded. Prior to returning an item, contact us for authorization.

In order to minimize our impact on the environment, we use recycled shipping boxes and packing materials whenever possible. 100% of the packing peanuts we use for shipping are recycled.
